Asia Cup 2023: Pakistan to reach Lahore for super 4

After securing their spot in the Super Four stages, Pakistan is scheduled to arrive in Lahore on September 3 (Sunday) via a charter flight.

According to inside sources, the Pakistani players will have a rest day on September 4 (Monday). Subsequently, they will commence their training sessions on September 5 at the LCCA Ground to prepare for the Super 4 match, which may be contested against either Afghanistan or Bangladesh.

Following his impressive performance that swiftly dismantled the formidable Indian batting lineup, Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi expressed his gratitude towards his parents on Saturday. On X, formerly known as Twitter, the 23-year-old paceman posted, “All the credit for excellence belongs to the Higher Power.”
